User Agreement

By clicking the “Yes” button, you accept and agree to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. Clicking the “No” button means you reject the offer to enter into this Agreement.

All rights to the Game belong to the Copyright Holder. You may register an Account only if you are an individual who is at least 13 years old. The storage and use of your personal data by the Copyright Holder is governed by the Privacy Policy.

You may use the Game software solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Copyright Holder Obligations:

• Provide the User with the right to use in-game items free of charge.

Copyright Holder Rights:

• Suspend or modify the Game without prior notice.
• Collect statistical data and identify Users by storing relevant information.
• Send Users informational or technical messages related to the Game.
• Modify, supplement, or update the Game or any part of it, including the client side.
• Take any legal action to protect their intellectual property rights regarding the Game.

User Obligations:

• Comply with this Agreement, including the Game Rules, without limitation.
• Not violate the intellectual property rights of the Copyright Holder.
• Ensure they are legally authorized to enter into this Agreement.
• If underage or otherwise legally incapacitated, obtain permission as required by applicable law.

User Rights:

• Use all available resources and technical features of the Game.

Limitations of Liability:

• The Copyright Holder is not responsible for illegal actions by the User or third parties.
• The Copyright Holder is not responsible for the User’s lack of internet access.
• Expenses related to service payments are not reimbursed.
• No guarantee that the Game will meet the User’s subjective expectations or be available 24/7.
• Not responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by:
  • Use or inability to use Game resources,
  • Unauthorized access to User’s personal data.

Health Disclaimer:

The User understands and agrees that the Game may include audio and/or visual effects that could trigger conditions in individuals prone to nervous or other disorders. The User guarantees they are not affected or agrees not to use the Game.

Usage Scope:

The User may use the Game as described in this Agreement and only in territories where it is available via standard gameplay using standard hardware and software within the functionality provided.

Term:

This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and remains in force for 10 years.
