By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that we provide a platform for gameplay. Other Users may search and view user data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide directly:

• Your full name, email address, Google Account ID, and Gmail account avatar (loaded from Google's service upon Booray account registration).
• Profile information such as name, surname, and photo that allows other users to find you on Booray.
• We may send you service-related emails (e.g., registration confirmation, service updates, technical or security notices). You cannot opt out of these emails.

Finding friends in Booray:

• You may use the “Find Friends” feature by searching for names or Booray usernames.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use your information to:

• Provide personalized content and advertising.
• Operate, improve, and monitor the effectiveness of the Service.
• Develop and test new products and features.
• Track metrics like total visitors, traffic, and demographics.
• Use your Gmail avatar as your in-game default image (we only use the URL).
• Display your full name and email in your profile.

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell or share your information with unrelated third parties without your consent, except as described below.

Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party providers who help us operate the Service. They access only what is necessary under confidentiality agreements.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites or services linked from or to our Service. When you use third-party services, their own privacy policies apply. You use them at your own risk.
